Decent products, slow support
I recently bought the 'aviváž' and a 'mikrovláknová utěrka'. The fabric softener is pretty good, leaves clothes soft, and the scent is pleasant without being overpowering. The microfiber cloth is also decent quality, useful for cleaning. The website was easy to navigate when placing the order. Delivery to Texas took 8 days, which was a bit on the slower side. I had to contact customer service about tracking, and it took them almost two days to get back to me, which felt a bit long. While the products are good value for money, the customer service response time could definitely be improved. I'd still consider buying again for the product quality.
